I trust in God through the good times and bad. I cherish quotable quotes such as Eric Liddell’s (known in Chariots of Fire) “I believe God made me for a purpose, but he also made me fast. And when I run I feel His pleasure.” Would that we all could say what we do helps us to ‘feel God’s pleasure’ as when God spoke to Jesus at his baptism, “This is my son, whom I love. I am pleased with you.”  May I please God in what I do.
